Pros

Half decent benefits, good meals.

Cons

Poor pay, over work you, new people promoted with no previous experience in the line of work, they don't follow rtw plans, deny lunch breaks, rush you, tedious tasks that do not help revenue and slow production down. Café is disorganised. An extremely high employee turnover rate.

Pros

Nurtured, career development, good benefits, good flexibility, travel lots, fantastic and inspirational team members,

Cons

Not the best work-life balance, work ALOT, "always on" culture, very challenging role and quite often thrown in at the deep end, "if i don't do it, there's noone else who can help" feel to it, so often feel that I have no choice but to go above and beyond or else it won't get done. Stressful. A difficult industry to work in as often naturally quite unrewarding but no reflection on the business
