Pros

The vending machine is only a dollar for soda pop.

Cons

The staff meals are basically half a meal. If you want more than one thin slice of roast beef or four small pieces of ginger beef, you have to pay extra. The schedule is inconsistent and changed at the last minute. People are promoted to a supervisory position without training, usually leading them to blindly assert authority over their associates. Management isn't really flexible or adaptive.
