Pros

The office that I worked in was on a small campus with a strong sense of community. It made going into work easy and fun

Cons

Management put extra pressure on staff to do more than they should have, especially without raises for more than 3 years so that corporate could make their profits

Pros

it is mostly a day time position.....summers are off....

Cons

some people are promoted because of friendship.....not because they are good at what they do....or know how to run a kitchen.... the uniforms are awful....ugly...hot....uncomfortable to wear..... you have to ware a hat.....its hot....ugly.....makes you look stupid.... the tops are made for men...and don't fit women well......you get the sleeves caught on things....

Pros

Daytime hours, no nights or weekends decent bennies

Cons

they could be a bit more generous with the "merit" raises. 1.5% increase a year doesn't come close to covering the increase cost of gas, insurance, interest rates, utilities .....
