Pros

The fact that I get to work on campus and my previous supervisor was very understanding so my hours were very flexible.

Cons

There are times when you can get around six hours of work a week and others where you can get around fifty. Hours are too inconsistent.

Pros

If you work well with others and follow tasks appropriately, you can keep your job for a good long time. This company really has an emphasis in workplace connections and marketablility of employees and services as well as customer experience. It's all business.

Cons

Management can be skeptical. Some are excellent at what they do and their organization skills, knowledge, etc. whereas others lack some tackt when speaking to employees and managing food production, unruly employees, and keeping composure or temperments under control and behave professionally at the same time.

Cons

no raises, no communication, unfair raise practices, shotty management, minimum wage at some locations, no respect from higher ups.
