Pros

Great benefits package, intensive training for new managers, capable upper level management, good company communication, large company so it has a lot of promotion possibilities after you meet the minimum work requirement

Cons

You definitely work long hours but that is the nature of food service and catering. Sometimes the pressure is overwhelming and there is little balance between personal life and work life.

Pros

Job growth opportunity; Minimal relocation required if you work in a city; Supportive of employees attending job related Graduate Programs and reimbursement for education expenses

Cons

Frequent relocation is possible; Treatment of maturing front line leadership employees not satisfactory; Inconsistent standards held for front line staff compared to regional/corporate staff; Overload of information and its uses creates an aggressive and disrespectful environment. Promotional opportunities sometimes given to those with the "Corporate" image rather than by performance.
