      Actual interaction with customers is good.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. Lack of respect for employees. Inappropriate workplace talk. Managment does not follow through with support. Was lied to about salary.

      opportunities for growth lots of networking depending on location, can achieve reasonable work/life balance good employer for those straight out of college (although 'training' is very unstructured and disorganized)

      Cons

      no real 'training' when taking on a new position client plays a huge role in your success company will dispose of you when they have no use for you anymore many managers are in their positions simply based on who they know and who their friends are human resources department is a hassle to get in touch with

      No chance for growth unless liked by upper management on all levels.

      Pros

      Some team members can become life long friends other than that unless you get into the inner circle it is a place to collect a paycheck.

      Cons

      No organization, no communication, there is no chance of growth, favortism is very high, nobody understands what their job is, employees morale is so low that their jobs are imapcted, there is a need for a lot of improvement however there is no opportunity to make these improvements.
