Pros

I've been with Aramark in the uniform division for over 20 years and love the freedom to earn whatever you want. Hours typically start at about 5-6am till about 3-4pm. Performing a good job earns you much more freedom than the mediocre employee. Yearly contests are a nice bonus for the employee/spouse.

Cons

Certain positions within the organization have an unlimited amount of "nine lives". No accountability for certain employees make a routesalesrep's job so much harder to perform on a day to day basis. Certain aspects of my job are definitely out of my power to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pros

They are an industry leader with locations throughout the U.S. which could provide you with an opportunity to advance if you are open to relocating.

Cons

Office politics got in the way of dealing with significant issues. In two years at two locations, management turnover exceeded 75%.
