      its been an interesting learning curve with some good rewards

      Pros

      over the olympic games the pay was good and the training presented by Aramark was excellent health and safety certificate food and hygene level 2 certificate

      Cons

      although my job title was driver i found myself working mostly in the warehouse and was moved from days to nights without warning which i found difficult to adjust to

      Nothing goes right, everything goes wrong, horrible management, major disconnect within.

      Pros

      The only pro is that there is so much mismanagement, they don't care what you do as long as you fly under the radar.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, no parking available paid or otherwise, not-my-problem attitude rampant, no real promotions or upward mobility, extremely under-educated managers and directors, absolutely no structure or actual procedures in place, lack of professionalism

      Pros

      Had great, dedicated employees working for me. Decent benefits. Average pay.

      Cons

      Lots of directives, initiatives, and business programs from corporate but little to no support in execution of these initiatives when requested; although it was promised up front at program roll-out. Area manager advised me to "fudge" financial reporting, I refused and the relationship when down from there.
