$8 per hour, No regular raises, Worked there 3 years only got a quarter raise. No sinority, people come in and get head jobs after working 2 months, just because they like them. No brakes unless you work over 6 hours. I've been asked to do more than other employees but no raise or respect for doing it. We've been told we are a dime a dozen and completly replacable if you don't like what they are asking..quit.

Minimal opportunities for professional or financial advancement; company went the 4 years I was there with minimum to no annual increases; no bonuses; few if any "perks"; corporate mentality didn't seem to treat admins well; I was often commended verbally for my work; but mever rewarded for going above and beyond; legal dept was antiquated (poor technology and even poorer implementation; the records room was a disaster under poor management; workspace environment downright dingy & dismal compared to other offices in corporate tower.
