Pros

Tons of career opportunity - possibilities to grow with the company are pretty much endless. My particular location allowed for a decent work/life schedule.

Cons

My particular managers were awful - I've heard that the actual company in different locations and different segments is incredible, but mine wasn't great. There was no training program for any new managers. New ideas were laughed at and mocked.

Pros

Opportunity for job growth across a variety of sectors.

Cons

The company operates in divisional silos. For a company this size, it's surprising how antiquated many of the back of house systems are within Aramark.
