Pros

Someone else already said it best on here: "The only positives are the benefits. Good pay, gas card, and car allowance."

Cons

There are so many cons that it is hard to name them all without rambling. Let me start with saying this: PRICE INCREASE, PRICE INCREASE, PRICE INCREASE!!!!! Get used to this because Aramark tries to squeeze the customer dry every chance they get. Also it is baffling to me how may problems there are at this company on a regular basis. In this position you are expected to do EVERYTHING (could be a considered a pro for gaining business experience). It seems like almost every day that the add another responsibility to the DM position. There are always shortages, people calling out, pissed off customers, AR issues, people to see, reports to write, quota's to hit. This position spreads you so incredibly thin that it is impossible to get to it all. Aramark's business model is so backwards, that it is literally a joke in the office. Customers quit because of price increases and shortages, yet Aramark continues to increase prices and doesn't do much of anything to correct production issues.
