Pros

You run your route like its your own business, the amount of effort and work you put in reflects in your paycheck.

Cons

Management that only thinks about ripping customers off seriously . I enjoyed my job for eight of the eleven years I was there. You can't even order new hires for your customers garments due to a weekly piece budget when thats our job. You have to meet high quotas for loss and damaged garments and textile that you bill the customers for every day. Always short on your loads for customers and they expect you to just work without the tools and supplies you need for your customers everyday.

Pros

Laid back environment, casual dress code, good management on our team.

Cons

This company's processes are held together by band aids and scotch tape. Change management is terrible and frustrations are boiling over because nobody ever has a clue what is going on- in the field or in shared services. This was a failure in leadership from the implementation of shared services and people who now work there are trying to get everything figured out (with little resources to do so). Chaos reigns daily. Everyone complains about low pay. We have several highly experienced and educated people making less than 40K on our team and people are leaving in droves.
