Pros

None. Other than uniforms to wear and free coffee sometimes in the morning.

Cons

They will use your body and work you sixty hours a week with your paycheck saying 40 hours a week. They will make you start at five am and work til it gets done and then your making appr. 11 dollars an hour to haul mats and dirty towels and load and unload your own truck and then get your pay docked when they short you product to deliver which is daily. Hard to leave as their is really no time to look for or interview for a new job.

Pros

We received an employee discount on all products.

Cons

Customer service and their employees are not their main focus. It seems as though their business model is reprimand employee issues, as opposed to taking a closer look to discover the root cause of employee discontent. Their business operations are disorganized at best unless it concerns a price increase.
