Pros

The patients are the only pro to this job.

Cons

Not enough pay you are required to do a whole floor which is 27 + patient rooms plus nurses station offices bathrooms break rooms elevator lobbies plus discharges. The don't appreciate nothing and the management is something we run out of bio bags on a daily bases, we work in a hospital !

Pros

Not terrible pay but other than that, there's not much.

Cons

Horrible self-centered upper-level management who doesn't know how to treat and or work with younger employees.

Pros

National Corporation that can provide opportunities to transfer to other cities or states. Good Benefits as a non-union position; not too many hoops to jump through to add a domestic partner. A diverse company with many great people to work alongside.

Cons

High expectations to complete an overwhelming amount of tasks within an 8 hour day, even when you are covering other roles for the day. Expected to cross train in other roles but lack assistance in having others train in your role; which creates a domino effect of incomplete tasks. work life balance is a challenge if you can't set boundaries.
