Pros

None. Some kids stay just for the pocket money b/c that's all it is

Cons

Everything. They say that it's a student job that works with your schedule but in reality they work work you like it's a full-time job with no care for your schoolwork.

Pros

base pay is below average, commission is ok, quarterly bonus is good, but hard to attain beyond once per quarter

Cons

Too much micro managed. Even is sales exceeds goal, if you dont hit your calls, IPP, or quotes, beware of quarterly reviews. Too many conference calls.... for an inexperienced sales rep this works, but for experienced reps, its not a fit
