Not very organized company overall. A lot of steps to all processes, outdated systems, not strong team work amongst management. Not good training processes. Majority of job was learned on own experiences.

Extremely Unethical

Pros

Ability to have a flexible schedule

Cons

Not only unethical to its employees but also unethical to its customers. They find ways to not pay commissions out properly and change the compensation plans depending on how to pay people the least amount possible. They overcharge customers for product that they are not receiving and do multiple price increases annually. Culture is not female friendly and at times can even be anti female.
