Pros

This is a great company to work for. There is ample opportunities for professional and personal growth. The company walks the talk when it comes to work life balance. It's a place you can be proud to work for as it is a business with great integrity that gives back to the local community and encourages its employees to do the same.

Cons

Compensation may not be the highest around, but total benefits package is very impressive.
