These fun days are in place of paying anyone in the company a decent salary. Job itself and salary sucked.

Ok pay. Decent benefits. Location.

Cons

Office building hasn't changed since 1988. Very dated. Depressing office spaces. No amenities (Eg no coffee, no snacks, no fun). Management frequently talks negatively about staff behind their backs. HR had huge power and try unnecessarily to prove their worth to the burden of the employees. If you try to have work life balance as they constantly tout as a perk, management will look down on you. It's insurance! So boring zzzzz

Great culture. The people that work in the department are awesome . 3 weeks vacation every year to start. Great place to start for a career in claim

Cons

Call center can be hectic and exhausting. Balancing responsibilities and phones can be overwhelming at times. Pay is low when compared to industry competitors. Some dead wood employees.
