Pros

Arbella's culture can best be described as an environment where employees are encouraged to work to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Collaboration, productivity and employee engagement are three key values at the company. Senior Management is friendly and approachable. Opportunities for advancement and career pathing is a strong focus. Benefit package is excellent including generous PTO and exceptional health insurance options. The corporate office is centrally located in Quincy with ample free parking and a quick walk from the Quincy Adams T station. All in all, a great place to work.

Cons

Workload can climb quite high. PTO should be able to be cashed out if not utilized,
