      Pros

      Arbor is a really comfortable place to work. The company cares about their employees and their outside life as well. managers ensure that training is priority to ensure you have the best shot at succeeding in the current role you hold. I feel compensation is very fair for the amount of work we complete on a daily basis.

      Cons

      There isn't many cons but if I had to choose one it would be lack of community involvement. I would love to see Arbor get involved in more than just environmental needs.
