      -Hybrid work schedule conducive to a family schedule -Upper Management expertise -Collaborative Teams -New Office Facilities w/ Gym and a lot of good lunch spots in the surrounding area

      Cons

      Learning curve can be steep and Lenders change guidelines regularly, but the company does a great job of trying to stay ahead of the curve and adapting to ever changing rules.
