      Yearly bonus, part time remote option, office is located in Depew rather than downtown Buffalo.

      Cons

      Higher level management does not work in this office. Promotions are promised and never delivered on, however other employees are promoted with less experience and lower work ethic.

      Good place to learn - thrown right into the fire, see a lot of deal flow - with exception of upper management people there are great

      No regard of personal life. Constant stress from upper management, originators, treasury, asset management, legal, just about every department. Empty promises from upper management, felt like was constantly understaffed and overworked. Late nights and weekends were common. Many people were fired, a lot of turnover
