Cons

Departments work only within themselves. If you try and work with other departments it becomes a nightmare of high school drama. Executive and senior management don't practice what they preach. Culture change is needed to stop this so employees can work in a healthy environment. This would benefit the company financial. Employees would be able to complete their work with no departmental drama. Team Work...you all work for the same company.

Negative upper management. If you’re not interested in being buddy buddy with the higher echelon, forget about advancing. If you’d like a job that says family is key but that frowns upon you taking time for your family, than this is the job for you.
