      -Open environment where you can feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like -A lot of independent hands on work -You can tell management actually cares

      Cons

      -Training was set up awfully -Not the best pay

      Pros

      The pay was good. I really enjoyed working with most of the other employees within Arbor.

      Cons

      Arbor's lending platforms function in separate silos within the company. The communication is poor and incentives aren't shared properly to encourage good teamwork across these silos.
