Pros

I spent 3 years at Arby's and have nothing good to say.

Cons

Underpaid, under staffed. The last straw for me was finding out for the second time in a year that new hires with no experience were making more than me. Inappropriate behavior from upper management that never gets addressed.

Pros

Pay was decent since I was a college student ($12 an hour) Job is relatively easy, was slow most days with rush hours only lasting 2-3 hours Most shifts were only 5 hours unless you were a manager.

Cons

Physically very demanding. Claimed I was only part time, but scheduled me at 38 hours every week with only closing shifts, meaning I usually worked over 40 hours a week. Failed to properly train new hires by putting them straight to work during short staffed schedules, leaving the rest of the team trying to train at the same time as serving customers.
