Pros
People I directly work with are amazing and I guess getting free food is cool.
Cons
1. They recently changed how labor is calculated. We get less people now. what was the point of getting back to being staffed if we now have to schedule like we're short staffed. Going to lose the employees we do have due to not getting enough hours. Those who stay are going to experience burn out and quit. Companies might like seeing high turnover, but at some point to much turnover kills profits even more. 2. How my quarterly bonuses are calculated also got changed. So less money there, but they still want me to care about the numbers and bend over backwards to make it happen. 3. For a company that touts phrases such as "Inspiring Smiles!" and proclaim that they care about culture, are certainly doing the opposite for those who do the hard work in getting them their "another year of record profits" besides my co-workers being amazing, overall, this company is getting worse every year.
