Pros

The work is very easy and if your fellow crew members are trained properly you generally do not run into trouble during your work day. Time off is available and the job is flexible.

Cons

Management is absolutely the worst that I have ever experienced. Senior management once recommneded that a GM get liposuction to fit the Arby's image in order for her to be promoted to area supervisor. Because the company is unstable they create rules they can not enforce and let customers run all over the employees. The pay is incredibly low even for fast food. They will work you like a gog and cut your hours if you speak up about the workload or lack of compensation. Sexual harassment and looks based promoting goes on alot in this organization. The company has an outside contractor do a customer satisfaction survey that is completely unscientific and very easy to fool. However they expect you to have ghreat scores or else your job may be on the line. Respondents however only want the free sandwich so they do not care what response they give. Overall a horrible company.

Pros

Flexible hours, especially when working around school schedules. When working enough hours to get a lunch break, you are allowed to pick items from a 'free food list'. Employees are given a 50% discount on all food. Nice management that expects things to be done correctly and on time, but will not nag or nit-pick you about your tasks.

Cons

Better pay at other restaurants. No benefits package, even if your a manager. Employees are looked down upon for being in that fast-food industry (by customers - not managers or coworkers).
