Pros

it is a fun job you meet a lot of nice employees, made money in management and had good medical.

Cons

the hours are long, not much advancement opportunity once in management, a lot of upper management turnover, they are looking to pay their managers much less. change bonus and medical a lot

Pros

There is a lot of training available, and a lot of resources to help you find and learn everything you may need to know as a manager. For a team member, everything is posted on a wall somewhere. If you can read, it's dummy proof.

Cons

48 hours a week for salaried managers. Yuck.
