Pros

Discount on gear is hard to beat, pay scale is good and the benefits are solid. You can sign up for pro deals for lots of other outdoor companies as a perk of being employed with an outdoor brand.

Cons

The work culture favours bro types, and is actively dismissive and toxic toward women. This might vary between locations and is something I’ve noticed.

Great head office, some nice ameneties.

Cons

Many of my colleagues and I felt that if you weren't putting in time outside of work to show your devotion to the outdoors you weren't moving up the ladder.
