Growing Company with lots of opportunity

Pros

Great co-workers, lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Promotion opportunities if you're willing to put in the effort to earn them.

Cons

2020 was tough and COVID caused salary reductions. But nobody was laid off or furloughed and although it took some time, we were able to get full salaries back later in the year. They company is growing and maturing and some don't like that we're becoming more structured.

Growing Company with Good Intentions

Pros

Overall, I always feel like we're a team working towards the same goals. There's always someone to lean on as needed and teamwork is truly the name of the game here. Leadership has put an emphasis on constant awareness of the good being done around us and it's starting to take hold as a regular business practice. New leadership this last year (2020) has brought a restored sense of faith to the company.

Cons

Corporate communication was never a strong suit of the owners; however, with new experienced leadership brings new practices. The company had semi-recent hits that set them back in the employee experience department. It's a hard pill to swallow for many and will leave lasting impressions on all who stayed through it all.
