With growth comes growing pains - consulting is not always a 9-5 job so flexibility is key and a fast paced environment is not necessarily for everyone

Don't expect loyalty from this company. I was a part of their 2023 hiring class, expecting to start my position September 2023, however at the end of August about two weeks before my aniticipated start date, my offer was rescinded without any indication this was a possibility, plunging me into the worst entry level job market in years all over again. I turned down multiple other offers/interviews to take this position after an incredibly dragged out interview process, had even take the time to participate in unnecessary check in meetings throughout the summer (which went unpaid) all to ultimately be let go when summer hiring for most other entry level jobs had concluded and the possibility of going back to school fall semester had passed, leaving my options incredibly limited. Now I am stuck in a job completely unrelated to consulting that I dislike strongly, and the possibility of lateralling into consulting from it is very slim. If you accept an offer at this company make sure to keep applying and networking for other jobs because if the going gets tough, they showed what loyalty to expect.
