All of the staff is willing and able to lend a hand. People will chip in and make sure the job gets done. A lot of the team is seasoned in the space, making the functional and technical solutions more thorough than that of its competitors.

Cons

Sometimes the team can feel lean. However, it allows greater utilization and bonuses.
