Pros

families and residents are living and amazing. Amazing memory care unit that is very organized and separated from the rest of the building. That unit is full of love and compassion. None of the management have been there for more than 6 months, which results in none of them being invested properly into the building. Resident care and needs are not put first.

Cons

Management is a joke. The aides run the building. They hide and don’t do their job and when confronted by the nurses they cuss them out and don’t do their work. Then HR does nothing about the language and horrible acts from the staff. There’s no corrective actions taken to abuse or neglect. The DON had very openly admitted to sleeping with other members of management. The administrator doesn’t leave her office and likes to ignore issues of abuse and neglect.
