Pros
Maybe an influx of just the right sort of people will really help out the situation here in a big way. Arcadia has super smart employees who care about one another working on a pretty cool product that could make a difference in the lives of its users and those that they care for. That's pretty compelling. There is no lack of work to be done, which can allow for fast learning and proving oneself.
Cons
The product is hard to get right, and the planning surrounding it is not fully baked in all areas. Resource constraints other reviewers have pointed out have gone from bad to worse. Management seems to speak out both sides of their mouths; two-faced. All but a few useful individuals in engineering, delivery organizations are overburdened. How can such a relatively small company feel so stuffy all of a sudden?
