      Very helpful peers and managers. Various projects to work on and experience with many different software. Many salary benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes heavy on work load but help is offered when needed.

      A good company to work for

      Good development structure Plenty of opportunites Office flexibility (Location/When you work) Good social atmosphere (especially in London)

      Cons

      Many grads get put on to one specific large project early on, but there are oppurtunites to move
