Pros
As a legacy DPS employee I do not see any advantages to working for Arcadis. All they have done is brought chaos to the organisation and removed what few benefits that we had as employees of DPS.
Cons
Pay increases are at the half the rate of inflation. Few if any engineering systems or software for working on large process engineering projects.
