      there is no holiday bonus but there is overtime after working 45+ hours a week

      Pros

      Some good people who work there.

      Cons

      Have to find your own work and some managers wont help you find work at all. If you need training to learn how do to office task good luck. Theyll promote people faster over others who've been there for years longer if they are engineers.

      Not being able to collaborate face to face with more Arcadians because of distance.
