      Pros

      Arcadis gives employees the opportunity to be involved in large and interesting top tier projects. Coworkers are generally highly competent and not competitive. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Expectations are high for new hires and recent graduates. Morale has suffered from corporate belt tightening - the budget for social events is low to non existant.

      Global company with varied and challenging projects. Good people within the company to work with. Great opportunities available if you are able to market yourself internally. Varied career track options, including PM or technical. Great focus on H&S and growing focus on sustainability.

      Cons

      A lot of focus on being billable, not enough on training. Uncertainty at the senior management level that will make you nervous.
