      Pros

      Progressive employer, flexible work environment, remote work program, not a face time culture, more about what you accomplish, great benefits program. International work. New CEO is working to turn things around and its a great opportunity to be a part of something awesome!

      Focus on billability creates a short term, reactive view, not long term investment in employees, creates a job security fear

      Great company until decline, that started approximately five years ago.

      Pros

      Arcadis, when I started, was a great environment. Very dynamic, intelligent co-workers and leadership that genuinely cared about the employees. Compensation was very competitive and generous. Team spirit and collaboration.

      Cons

      Change in leadership has resulted in a very different culture. Leadership no longer cares about employees. Focus is to push employees to reach impossible targets. Pressure has led to a negative and unhealthy work environment. Senior leadership positions are being filled with non-US employees with plans to further reduce US positions.
