      Minimal salary increase

      Pros

      Great health and safety culture, good projects, very social office, flexible work hours

      Cons

      A lot of infighting and drama between business lines, and this year's merit increases were lackluster (I personally only received a 2% increase based on a 'Exceeds expectations' performance rating, and I know of some long time employees who received a 0% increase)

      Good people Good clients A lot of opportunities as this is a growing company, with potential for world-wide relocation

      Cons

      Not mature enough. The opportunities are vast within the company, but it is difficult to seek them. This can unfortunately impact on career progression. The salary is not as competitive as some of its peers.

      You may receive: -Salary revision yearly. -They tell you if you have done a good job. -They can give you a reward for a good delivery. -Very laid-back. -Good life-work balance. -You can get a small/medium bonus. All of these depends on the team you work in.

      Cons

      Probably a good place to start but very difficult to progress. Difficult to demonstrate your capabilities. Not interested in other qualifications or capabilities outside of your main responsibilities. Difficult to book meeting reviews with your RICS supervisors. Not interesting projects, just boring commissions. You will probably end up doing an admin job. Difficult to get approval for external, formal training.
