Limited career opportunities, limited entrepreneurial attitude, no real values, senior management has a limited vision

1. Too much change - mergers, changing goals, loss of great employees 2. Too much focus on corporate and not enough local focus - managers have to worry too much about answering to corporate and not enough time answering to local personnel needs/morale 3. They often set the bar too high. Don't get me wrong it's great to push for success but you can't always expect success 4. Hard to maintain work life balance 5.
