      Pros

      Great people, good company benefits such as an allowance to buy benefits e.g more pension, salary, medical ins etc. Remote and flexible working, everyday is different.

      Cons

      As soon as you get a laptop and mobile phone, it is bye bye life. The workload is too much. There is a huge divisive feeling and attitude in the Finance function. Ex Hyder staff are prioritised and get all the promotions.

      - Strong Track Record Globally - Good medical benefits - Friendly line managers and colleagues - Emphasis on Sports and co-curricular activities - Fun company events and activities

      Cons

      - Poor leadership, the CEOs have been changing frequently with each of them having different visions - Poor allowances ( mileage claim is capped at 55 cents) - Location is not that convenient with expensive parking and limited affordable food choices - Poor office design (too many doors and stairs). It'll take you 10 minutes to reach your table from the lobby. - Terrible Pantry (can only find coffee, tea and Milo) - Very warm (The aircond is always set at 22-26 degrees) - Inefficient IT and Claims processes - Limited growth opportunities
