      Arcadis Canada has grown from 225 in 2015 to 280 over the last 3 years. Arcadis purchased a number of companies and the integration is essentially complete. Arcadis offers a number of developmental academies including: Project Management, Leadership and Digital. Staff are encouraged to join communities of practice across North America and the Globe. Employees own over 20% of the shares and the foundation which manages these shares funds programs which provide opportunities to work internationally, incubate innovative ideas and work on pro-bono projects with the UN. Arcadis provides great flexibility to our staff by providing remote working options.

      Environmental Engineering in Canada is saturated with many players resulting in a very competitive landscape. This has resulted in pressure on running a lean operation to compete effectively.
