      Pros

      Competitive pay, flexible WFH (no in-office mandate!), interesting work, decent office near the subway, good people, great work-life balance. Looking to grow in Canada which means opportunities for career growth and global work.

      Cons

      Since the IBI acquisition many layers of bureaucracy and middle management have sprung up. Its getting waaaay harder to do anything productively. Waves of resignations have been happening as a result of the frustration. New middle managers are often sourced externally, depriving local staff of promotion opportunities, and creating barriers and conflict. Also strong push to outsource local work to India and Philippines offices, who often are nowhere near as good at their jobs.
