      Strong technical and consulting expertise and global experts.

      Cons

      Out of touch senior leadership team that lack strategy. High overheads affecting sell price. Lack of professional sales team or support to deliver programs. Diminishing culture, Middle management is overworked and stressed. Not enough management overseeing technical delivery as we are pushed to only focus on sales.
