At Arcellx, we believe the collaborative, fast-paced culture of an innovative startup is predicated on an in-person environment. When possible, we support a flexible work schedule, encouraging team members to start and end their days based on their needs – and we provide the flexibility of up to one day a week from home for those who may have longer commutes or other demands.
