      The work is challenging with a lot of responsibility - there is a lot of knowledge to gain in regards to engineering, there is autonomy, the projects are enjoyable, my department is very friendly and I enjoy working with my co-workers

      The work culture is poor and negative, the environment is hot and dirty, there is a lack of advancement and opportunities for engineers, and there is a lack of personal development
