      Pros

      Great benefits. Affordable health care. 401K match. There is a lot of opportunity for growth at the company, but they are very slow to promote younger employees.

      Cons

      Very little employee appreciation. Pay is not very competitive, and promotions do not come with a major pay raise. Strong top down management style.
