Great place if you are willing to put in a lot of hours.
Pros
Salary/hourly - make your base salary plus any additional hours are counted as overtime, best of both income types. Easy work - company EE's aren't allowed to do any labor that would "steal union wages" so you are not even allowed to do anything other than direct the workforce. Lots of overtime available, easily make over 100k working there, just working 7 days a week, 12 or 16 hours if wanted. Benefits - Salary benefits cannot be beat and are extremely cheap for a family.
Cons
Old - building is from 1908, it is heavily Frankensteined together, very disorganized. Lots of overtime available - if you are not committed to working 7 days/week with lots of overtime, don't apply. It suited me and my family very well but I enjoy working lots of hours.
