Hours are too long (was working between 40 - 60 hours a week) while only getting paid between $57,000 - $63,000. I worked at Dofasco for 3 years. Pay is not competitive. No opportunity for growth or transition into different departments.

They are short-staffing departments and are not replacing people as the leave. You are asked to be 'flexible' and they are not paying more to align with industry salaries.

Terrible VPs constantly changing everything and expecting you to cover their mistakes. Took away work from home for no reason and didn't even make a policy.
